Martin R. Walicki : ( Chief Financial Officer )

As one of the original Trans-Elect, Inc. co-founders, Mr. Walicki manages the company's finance and accounting areas, implements effective policies and procedures to continually increase the company's value, and raises capital for projects as well as debt and equity financing. Mr. Walicki has a vast array of financial experience and has held positions at companies specializing in the utility industry such as the Sigma Capital Group, LLC and NSI Consulting. Prior to that, he spent more than 20 years at CMS Energy and Consumers Energy in Michigan as its Vice President of Finance and Treasurer.
