Bill Pascoe : (Project Consultant)

Mr. Pascoe, President of Pascoe Energy Consulting, a Montana-based firm specializing in electricity supply and transmission issues, has been retained by Trans-Elect and the Wyoming Infrastructure Authority to assist with the development of the TOT3 Expansion Project. Before his current position, he worked for The Montana Power Company and NorthWestern Energy for 25 years and served in key leadership positions including Vice President of Energy Supply and Senior Vice President of Transmission.

Mr. Pascoe earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and a Master of Science in electrical engineering from Montana State University , and is a licensed registered professional engineer in the state of Montana . He has been active in regional utility organizations and has served as Chairman of the WECC and Chairman of the RTO West Board of Directors.
